Teach the Teacher Program

This initiative is central to our Lending Hands for the Future philosophy, equipping experienced surgeons with the additional skills and tools they need to continue offering life-changing care at the highest level.

We teach a Regenerative Medicine program that has taken our aesthetic surgery principles, proven in treatment
of over a thousand patients, and integrated them into what are now proven reconstructive procedures.  Intensive pre operative preparation and planning followed by in operating room teaching, provides surgeons with the ability to treat facial deformities that may previously have gone untreated.

Our approach is built on four pillars:

We create lasting change by transferring our skills and knowledge to the host countries healthcare professionals
and medical teams through a carefully structured four-step process:

Presentations and Discussions:

We specialize in teaching our regenerative medicine method derived from aesthetic surgery using
the patient’s own fat with the associated stem cells to treat facial deformities in children and adults.
Our “No Knife” method is particularly advantageous with populations where scarring is a major concern.

Patient Selection and Surgical Planning:

Collaborating with local teams, we identify the patients who will benefit the most from these advanced procedures, and develop detailed and tailored surgical plans specific for each patient’s unique needs.

Operating Room Training:

In the operating room, we guide surgeons through complex cases, giving hands-on training and real-time feedback. This hands-on experience is crucial in making sure the many complexities of this method are understood and performed precisely or the surgery will not be successful.

Post-Operative Care and Long-Term Support:

Our work doesn’t stop at the operating table. We continue to support host country surgeons and follow up with patients, ensuring that both receive the guidance and care they need for successful outcomes. Photographic documentation is also done as another way to monitor the success of the surgeon’s ability to successfully use this Regenerative Medicine method.
